Sales Director

Enterprise Sales Director – MSP

Remote (UK) | £100,000–£120,000 Base + Uncapped OTE

A high-growth technology business is seeking to appoint an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to lead and grow its enterprise sales function—a critical role to shape strategic direction and execute scalable growth.

The Opportunity

You will join an executive leadership team poised for the next phase, taking ownership of a £13–14M enterprise customer portfolio while defining strategy and cultivating high-performance sales operations.

This isn’t just about managing—it’s about commercial leadership, where you’ll:

  • Drive sales strategy alongside leadership, product, and marketing teams.
  • Influence major customer relationships and guide complex enterprise deals.
  • Scale revenue generation while coaching top-performing teams and refining commercial best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership:

    • Lead, mentor, and develop a portfolio of Enterprise Account Directors.
    • Foster a high-performance culture focused on growth, retention, and profitability.
  • Customer & Strategic Growth:

    • Own and scale a £13–14M enterprise customer portfolio.
    • Build strategic account plans to maximise long-term customer value.
    • Develop deep executive relationships with C-level stakeholders.

  • Commercial & Operational Oversight:

    • Align and refine the enterprise go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
    • Strengthen forecasting accuracy, pipeline management, and sales governance. -Drive high-value commercial negotiations and close complex enterprise deals.
  • Business Development & Process Improvement:

    • Introduce and enforce best-in-class sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC as an advantage).
    • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success for cross-functional impact.
    • Contribute to strategic direction as an active member of the executive leadership team.

Required Expertise

  • Proven leadership building and nurturing enterprise B2B sales teams.
  • Experience in managing large strategic accounts and navigating complex, multi-stage sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through account retention, upselling, and high-value contracts.
  • Strong commercial acumen—negotiation, financial structuring, and deal execution.
  • Emphasis on people development: coaching high performers, mentoring teams, and scaling their own skills.

What We Offer
