ABOUT THE ROLE
Join one of the UK's leading independent film distributors and help bring our large and varied release slate to audiences across cinemas, streaming platforms, digital retailers and broadcasters. Whilst based in the Sales team, you'll work alongside multiple other departments, including the Acquisitions, Marketing and Operations teams, on all aspects that influence the commercial performance of our films, supporting weekly releases, live platform deals and regularly scheduled FAST channels. You'll also help coordinate the teams attending international film markets, from travel to accreditation. This is an administrative support role that keeps the sales team moving day to day, from maintaining accurate trackers and avails lists right through to promotions and reporting, as well as helping the wider office run smoothly. It suits someone organised, reliable, with a strong ability to multitask and keen to learn the commercial side of distribution from the inside.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
