Role Overview
We at Pixi are seeking a driven, passionate, commercially focused Sales & Education Advisor to grow our retail business across London, the South East, and our standalone Pixi Boutique.
This is a hands-on role where you'll spend your time supporting our retail partners, engaging with customers, delivering product education, and driving retail sales. You'll be the face of Pixi in-store, building strong relationships with Beauty Advisors and store teams, ensuring they have the knowledge and confidence to recommend Pixi products, while creating memorable experiences that encourage customers to discover and fall in love with our brand.
Key Responsibilities
Driving Sales
- Support the achievement of retail sales targets across your assigned stores and the Pixi Boutique.
- Maximise sales opportunities by delivering exceptional customer service and personalised product recommendations.
- Build strong relationships with store teams to encourage enthusiasm and advocacy for the Pixi brand.
- Support new product launches, promotions, and in-store events to drive customer engagement and sales.
- Ensure Pixi fixtures are well stocked, clean, visually appealing, and reflect brand standards.
- Share feedback from stores and customers to help identify sales opportunities.
Education & Coaching
- Deliver engaging product knowledge through skincare & makeup training to Beauty Advisors and retail teams.
- Build confidence in recommending Pixi products through simple, effective coaching and demonstrations.
- Support teams with skincare consultations, shade matching, and routine building.
- Encourage great selling behaviours through regular in-store support and product education.
- Deliver customer masterclasses and events that introduce customers to the Pixi range and inspire purchases.

Pixi Boutique
- Welcome every customer with a warm, friendly, and approachable attitude.
- Deliver personalised skincare consultations and beauty advice.
- Build tailored skincare and makeup routines that meet individual customer needs.
- Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the boutique.
- Support daily boutique operations, including merchandising, stock replenishment, and maintaining high presentation standards.
Brand Ambassador
- Represent Pixi with enthusiasm, professionalism, and positivity at all times.
- Share your passion for skincare and beauty with customers and retail teams.
- Keep up to date with new product launches and beauty trends.
- Ensure every customer interaction reflects Pixi's friendly, approachable, and expert brand values.
About You
Role requirement:
- Experience in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics retail.
- A genuine passion for skincare, makeup, and helping customers feel their best.
- A proven ability to achieve personal sales targets.
- Confidence delivering product demonstrations and consultations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to travel across London and the South East.
- Flexibility to work in both field and boutique environments, as well as weekends and key retail periods.
