We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Regional Business Development Manager to focus on driving sales growth at existing retail locations and on expanding the current distribution network. This role is responsible for maximizing short and long-term sell-through performance, building strong retailer partnerships, optimizing in-store execution, and ensuring excellence in customer engagement.
Travel: 50% of the time
Duties & Responsibilities
Sales Growth & Store Performance
- Drive sales growth by optimizing execution of sales strategies to meet sell-through and sell-in targets.
- Strengthen relationships with retail partners, store managers, and beauty advisors to enhance performance.
- Drive market expansion initiatives and identify growth opportunities within existing and new retail locations.
- Oversee regional sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis to drive business decisions.
- Develop and execute Clienteling initiatives to engage and retain high-value customers.
- Ensure strong in-store execution of promotions, events, and product launches.
Retail Team Development & Management
- Achieve retail sales targets for region by working with store teams and clients on the sales floor daily.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of Beauty Advisors to drive sales and elevate customer experience.
- Set performance goals, provide training, and ensure consistent execution of sales strategies.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing coaching and development plans.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of best-in-class Beauty Advisors.
- Monitor KPIs, including conversion rates, average transaction values, and customer retention.

Retail Operations & Inventory Management
- Work closely with retail partners to ensure optimal stock levels and replenishment.
- Track and manage store inventory, ensuring product availability and minimizing stockouts.
- Oversee execution of merchandising plans and promotional displays to maintain brand integrity; regularly meet with regional managers, store managers, and teams to present seasonal company updates and marketing activities.
- Keep track of all POs, budget updates.
Reporting & Market Analysis
- Collect and analyze sales data to track sell-through performance and customer purchasing patterns, including weekly and monthly reporting on BA performance, analytics, and feedback on existing products and new products from retailers and customers.
- Monitor and analyze weekly sales data per store to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, paying close attention to non-sales value items at a store level.
- Compile quarterly update on key successes and opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on competitive activities, promotions, key insights, and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and contribute to strategic planning based on data insights (in-store data collection, regular customer behavior analysis including demographics, purchase patterns, etc.).
Events & Marketing Activation
- Work with the Director of Sales and the Trade Marketing Manager on developing events strategies and budgets for retailers within the region.
- Recommend event strategy based on retailer trends and guidelines; ensure seamless alignment between marketing strategies and in-store execution.
- Act as a key representative at store-level and retailer-level events.
- Ensure Noble Panacea merchandising and grooming guidelines are implemented and maintained consistently throughout all stores.
- Partner with Visual Merchandising Team to execute in-store counter development and maintain visual merchandising guidelines.

Training & Brand Advocacy
- Support seasonal in-store training for retailer staff and Beauty Advisors.
- Build relationship with Private shoppers in department stores to become the brand of preference.
- Partner with the Global Education & Training to ensure a high level of product knowledge.
- Stay informed on competitive training programs and recommend improvements.
- Execute new hire onboarding for beauty advisors.
- Recommend digital and print training materials needed, assist in distribution.
- Plan and execute annual sales team summits.
- Host in-store training for inter-sell teams.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 8 years of experience in key account management and in Sales force management in a luxury environment.
- Proven track record of success in meeting sales targets. Experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
- Experience in training sales personnel.
Skills & Requirements
- Fluent in English. Any additional languages are a plus (especially [any other relevant languages]).
