Sales Enablement Manager
Role at Corpay – UK Team
About the Role
Following the UK launch of Corpay Complete, we are seeking a proactive and strategic Sales Enablement Manager to join our UK team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for equipping our sales organization with the tools, training, content, and insights needed to accelerate revenue growth and improve productivity.
You will serve as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, Implementation, and Customer Support—ensuring go-to-market teams have consistent messaging, clear product positioning, and the resources they need to deliver value to prospective and existing customers. This role is vital in aligning departments and driving a seamless customer journey.
Key Responsibilities

Sales Training & Onboarding
- Design and deliver onboarding, training, and coaching programs to ramp up new hires quickly and upskill existing sales teams efficiently.
- Develop curriculum frameworks to support skill development across the sales lifecycle.

Sales Playbook & Resource Development
- Collaborate with Marketing to create, refine, and update sales playbooks, pitch decks, battle cards, case studies, and objection-handling guides.
- Ensure materials align with product positioning, customer success stories, and competitive positioning.

Cross-Functional Alignment
- Act as the connecting hub between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support, ensuring consistent messaging, coordinated campaigns, and feedback loops that enhance the customer journey.
- Partner with Customer Support to capture client insights, success stories, and common challenges to better equip Sales teams and inform Marketing campaigns.

Sales Technology & Adoption
- Drive the adoption and optimisation of sales technology (e.g., CRM platforms, sales engagement tools, enablement platforms) to streamline workflows and improve pipeline visibility.
- Recommend process improvements based on data analytics and implement best practices.

Sales Enablement Framework
- Build and execute a scalable sales enablement framework that evolves with UK and international business growth.
- Identify knowledge gaps, skill deficiencies, or process inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements.

How We Work
As Sales Enablement Manager, you’ll work in a hybrid environment with full company support, including:
- Assigned workspace in either our Brighton or Swindon office.
- Company-issued equipment and IT resources.
- Formal onboarding and hands-on training.
Requirements & Skills
Essential Characteristics
- 3+ years of sales enablement, training, or revenue operations experience, preferably in SaaS environments, ideally in fintech, payments, or spend management.
- Strong grasp of B2B sales cycles and methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN) along with crystal-clear pipeline management.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support to align efforts and drive business growth.
- Excellent training, coaching, and presentation skills—capable of motivating and engaging sales teams.
- Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), sales enablement platforms, and analytics tools.
- Ability to create engaging, targeted content spanning key sales stages.
Competency Areas
- Business Acumen: Understanding of financial workflows, including AP automation, expense management, and payments.
- Analytical Mindset: Leveraging sales/customer support data to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborative Influence: Ability to suggest and implement changes across multiple functions.
- Adaptability: Scalable solutions to support business growth both domestically and internationally.
Preferable
- Experience in transaction processing technology fields.
- Familiarity with customer expense platforms and gamification techniques in sales enablement.
