About the Role

Sales Enablement sits within our Revenue Operations (RevOps) function, collaborating closely with the wider team to drive commercial excellence across a global sales organisation. Our agile, collaborative team leverages technology, automation, data, and AI to empower commercial teams worldwide, equipping them with the knowledge, tools, and processes needed to engage buyers effectively and drive growth.

By supporting a market-leading portfolio of legal and regulatory intelligence solutions, we ensure the sales organisation has everything required to meet and exceed targets in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The ideal candidate will be naturally curious, proactive, and results-driven, with the ability to turn ideas into measurable outcomes while thriving in a dynamic workspace.


Responsibilities

Core Focus Areas

  • Sales Enablement Strategy

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with Centellic’s business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Onboarding & Continuous Development

    • Design and implement a best-in-class, globally consistent onboarding program for new employees.
    • Identify and address training needs to ensure all sales teams have the capability to position LBR’s solutions effectively.
  • Training Program Development & Delivery

    • Create and deliver engaging workshops, training materials, and real-time (in-flow) support (e.g., within Salesforce).
    • Ensure accurate tracking of training engagement and correlate participation with business outcomes.
  • Enablement Content & Knowledge Management

    • Audit, maintain, and develop sales enablement assets (e.g., playbooks, training modules, digital courses, knowledge repositories).
  • Cross-Functional Alignment (Marketing & Product)

    • Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure consistent messaging, content, and collateral (e.g., toolkits, case studies, presentations).
    • Partner with the Product team to refine positioning, features, and competitive differentiation.

  • Sales Capability & Performance Improvement

    • Advise regional sales leadership on process optimisation, capability enhancement, and sales productivity.
  • Measurement & Analytics

    • Establish, track, and optimise KPIs such as revenue impact, pipeline growth, sales cycle velocity, and training effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Advisory

    • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams, driving insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a high-impact sales enablement strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Design and uphold a globally unified onboarding program with continuous learning initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and in-flow support within tools like Salesforce.
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of high-quality enablement content (playbooks, digital courses, messaging assets).
  • Align with Marketing and Product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and competitive positioning.
  • Identify performance gaps and implement targeted interventions for sales teams.
  • Establish and analyse dashboards and metrics to measure training impact on business outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning through knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or similar roles, preferably in B2B SaaS, subscriptions, or professional services.
  • Profound knowledge of sales methodologies, processes, and best practices.
  • Solid understanding of sales tools (CRM, engagement platforms) and their global implementation.
  • Creativity and clarity in developing compelling sales materials (e.g., presentations, collateral).
  • Strong background in sales management with practical experience.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills (training, coaching, presentation).
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret sales performance metrics.
  • Track record of consistently achieving results in high-pressure environments.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with social media B2B marketing platforms and startup ecosystems.
  • Hybrid role: Minimum 3 days in the London office.
