Who We Are
Come join the company at the center of how the world adopts AI securely. Cyera’s mission is to give enterprises the confidence to embrace AI safely — deciding exactly what it can see and do as it reaches deeper into the business. We started by solving the hardest problem in data security: finding and securing data faster and more precisely than anyone thought possible. That foundation is now the essential AI trust infrastructure for the Fortune 1000. We’re hiring mission-driven talent to put those leaders at the center of our story.

This leader collaborates with sales leadership, sales enablement, product, marketing, and other teams to develop impactful enablement programs, including coaching, ongoing training, and performance support. Success will be measured by improved efficiency, productivity and reduced ramp time of the EMEA sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Work with sales leadership and the wider sales enablement team to develop, execute, and optimize coaching and everboarding programs in EMEA.
- Execute programs for first-line sales leadership onboarding and coaching in EMEA.
- Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on all programs
- Monitor and report on program progress, creating comprehensive updates for leadership and stakeholders that highlight key metrics, milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that could impact program success, proactively developing contingency plans and leading problem-solving efforts when challenges arise.
- Ensure alignment between program objectives and overall organizational strategy, continuously assessing and adjusting program direction to maximize business value and support long-term goals.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
