Sales Enablement Manager
Context of the Role
Thunes is hiring a Sales Enablement Manager to own and run the Thuniversity Certification - our programme for reinforcing, activating, and scaling the insight-led commercial methodology across the global commercial team. This is a programme-leadership role with a strong field and coaching dimension: you will run the certification day to day, develop the people in it, and own the continuous feedback loop that keeps the programme sharp.
You will report to the VP GTM Operations & Enablement, working in a fast-paced, international environment alongside Sales, Marketing, Product, and the People team. We are looking for a credible, structured operator - part programme manager, part field coach - who runs enablement as a continuous system, not a calendar of events. This role is based in Barcelona, Spain.
Key Responsibilities
The capability loop
At the heart of the role is ownership of the feedback loop that keeps the programme improving:
- Sense: Triangulate three signals - what the data says (Gong scorecards, LMS reporting, CRM reporting), what the field says (rep feedback), and what managers say (coaching observations).
- Interpret: Synthesise those inputs into a clear read on where capability is breaking down, and why.
- Act & reinforce: Convert that read into targeted content, coaching, and certification adjustments.
- Re-test: Measure whether the intervention moved behaviour and outcomes, then feed the result back into the loop.
Programme & certification
- Belt architecture & certification: Run the day-to-day execution of the Thuniversity certification programme.
- Assessment integrity: Own the hard-skills knowledge tests and the soft-skills assessments (role-play, live activation, peer coaching) that confirm reps can apply, not just recall.
- Continuous new-hire ramping: Replace legacy bootcamps with structured, localised onboarding that ramps new joiners against the certification path.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
