Sales Enablement Manager
Head of Sales Enablement

About the Role
As the Head of Sales Enablement, you'll lead the development and execution of a dynamic strategy to equip Centellic’s sales teams with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to drive revenue and exceed targets. You'll design best-in-class onboarding programs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and foster a culture of continuous learning to ensure sales excellence across global operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with Centellic’s business objectives and revenue goals.
- Design and implement a best-in-class global onboarding program for new employees.
- Collaborate with sales and RevOps leadership to identify and address training gaps, ensuring consistent team capability in positioning solutions.
- Create and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and materials, including in-the-flow support in tools like Salesforce.
- Maintain accurate attendance registers for training events and correlate participation with business outcomes.
- Audit and maintain sales enablement documentation, including playbooks, training materials, and digitalised courses.
- Work with the Marketing team to ensure consistent messaging, content, and collateral for sales teams.
- Partner with the Product team to refine product positioning and competitive differentiation.
- Establish and track KPIs (e.g., revenue impact, pipeline growth, sales cycle velocity) to optimise enablement programs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to regional sales leadership, providing insights to drive sales productivity.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning within the sales organisation.

Key Duties (Expanded)
Sales Enablement Strategy
- Define and execute an aligned sales enablement strategy to support revenue targets.
- Ensure consistent global team capability through structured programmes.
Onboarding & Continuous Development
- Design a best-in-class global onboarding programme.
- Develop ongoing training initiatives for continuous performance improvement.
Training Program Development & Delivery
- Create impactful training, workshops, and enablement content (e.g., Salesforce-based support).
- Ensure sales teams possess skills and knowledge to meet targets.
Enablement Content & Knowledge Management
- Audit, develop, and maintain high-quality assets (playbooks, digital courses, etc.).
- Digitalise and update knowledge repositories.
Cross-Functional Alignment (Marketing & Product)
- Collaborate with Marketing for unified messaging and collaterals.
- Work with Product to refine positioning, features, and differentiators.
Sales Capability & Performance Improvement
- Partner with Sales and RevOps to identify gaps and implement targeted solutions.
Measurement & Analytics
- Track enablement KPIs (e.g., revenue impact, sales cycle velocity).
- Use data-driven insights to refine programmes.
Stakeholder Advisory
- Provide expert guidance to regional sales leadership.
Requirements & Qualifications
✔ 5+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or a similar B2B SaaS/subscription/professional services role. ✔ Solid grasp of sales methodologies, processes, and tools for global teams. ✔ Creative expertise in developing high-impact sales assets. ✔ Sales leadership and facilitation skills. ✔ Strong interpersonal & communication abilities for diverse audiences. ✔ Analytical mindset to improve sales performance. ✔ Results-driven, with a track record of exceeding targets. ✔ Experience in fast-paced startups is a plus. ✔ Hybrid role (minimum 3 days in London).
