Sales Enablement & Proposal Content Leader

Job Description

As Sales Enablement & Proposal Content Leader, this individual is responsible for developing communications material that represent our products, capabilities, case studies, thought leadership and recommendations/proposals to clients. This role works across the organization to support sales enablement material development such as presentation material on products and services. They also work with solutions strategists to design and produce client proposals for proactive pitches or responses to RFPs. This individual is adept at communicating complex topics in simple, intuitive language and visuals in a B2B environment.

What You Will Do In This Role

  • Assist with the development of content strategy that supports the Marketing Solutions division through thought leadership, case studies, client stories, product promotion, etc.
  • Create content that supports the positioning of the Performance Marketing Solutions division of Concentrix
  • Create thought leadership content that supports the needs of the Performance Marketing the MS division as well as specific business use cases for which the division creates products.
  • Create content that supports the selling and promotion of specific capabilities and products offered.
  • Creates and manage proposals/responses in support of the new business development process.
  • Maintain a library of approved content for sales enablement, thought leadership and proposal development.
  • Develops communication material that clearly define the product offerings, articulates the value and key differentiators and tailors these communications to the different internal and external audiences.
  • Effectively represents Performance Marketing Solutions products and capabilities, along with broader Concentrix capabilities through internal collaboration and client engagement.
  • Collaborate with teams across Concentrix such as development, program management, sales, other solutions colleagues, etc. to develop and maintain product content, sales enablement content and proposals.
  • Maintain a full understanding of Concentrix capabilities and product offerings and can align them to best suit the clients’ needs
  • Understand where, when and how to apply Concentrix capabilities and product offerings and crafts client response documents (presentations, proposals, etc.)

Your Qualifications

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field from a four-year college or university and five + years of related experience preferred. An equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered.

  • Strong writing and presentation development skills
  • Domain experience in marketing communication a requirement.
  • Ability to read, write and comprehend complex documents, such as journals, position papers, proposals, contracts, technical/functional specifications, etc.
  • Ability to adapt written and verbal communication skills to different styles and environments (persuasive, diplomatic, influential, technical) of clients
  • Able to discern appropriate level of detail of communications including the best method for delivery (video, voice, email, in-person)
  • Advanced problem-solving using an analytics approach; evaluate, investigate and apply best practices and offer innovative solutions
  • Demonstrate the ability to maintain high performance and quality levels in an environment of constant change and pressure
  • Proven ability to lead and organize multi-disciplinary projects and initiatives in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment with broad impact.
  • Ability to make effective, persuasive speeches or presentations on complex topics. This includes the ability to sell, negotiate and close deals with customers.
  • Be a continuous learner by nature and maintain a broad understanding of business and consumer trends.
