About the Role At EcoOnline, the Sales Enablement function is dedicated to empowering our global sales teams for success. We provide a comprehensive range of services, from onboarding and training to coaching, content development, and sales planning, ensuring teams have the tools, knowledge, and support they need to thrive. This role will focus on supporting our global Customer Success teams. The Sales Enablement Specialist will play a key role in delivering and evolving these services, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and driving measurable improvements in sales effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Deliver and continuously improve onboarding programs tailored to the needs of BDR leaders and teams. Provide follow-up support, reinforcement training, and enablement on key BDR skills and processes. Design and manage a certification program aligned with sales methodology, go-to-market strategy, and product knowledge. Facilitate engaging workshops and training sessions in partnership with cross-functional teams, particularly Marketing/Demand Gen. Conduct individual and group coaching to address performance gaps and support development plans. Provide coaching and guidance to BDR leaders to enhance their ability to support their teams. Manage and evolve the Resource Hub, ensuring sales content and training materials are accessible and up to date. Create and maintain enablement content in collaboration with other departments. Champion the effective use of sales enablement tools, including ongoing training and support. What we're looking for: Ideally come with 3+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS, sales enablement, or training. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred: Familiarity with Salesforce and sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC, Challenger, Value Selling). Proven experience in sales training and coaching. Strong understanding of customer success processes an advantage, as well as general sales methodology. Experience using enablement tools (e.g. LMS, Gong, 6sense, ZoomInfo, Cognism). Video editing skills for training content. Willingness to travel abroad (e.g. North America) if required. Our Benefits: We offer a variety of global benefits which are listed below!
