About The Role
Our Sales team powers customer growth around the world. From prospecting to acquisition and activation, they own their market segments, solve complex problems, and help more customers discover the value of Revolut with a sharp, solution-oriented approach.
We're looking for a motivated Sales Enablement Specialist to equip team members with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to provide outstanding value to customers.
Your specific responsibilities will be tailored to your area of expertise so you can empower our sales professionals and contribute to our team's success in the best way possible.

What you'll be doing
- Designing and developing engaging learning experiences for the Revolut Business Sales team, including e-learning modules, interactive workshops, job aids, and blended learning solutions
- Collaborating closely with Product, Sales leadership, and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and translate technical and sales content into effective instructional materials
- Applying instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create learner-centric content that drives knowledge retention and performance improvement
- Utilising various authoring tools to produce high-quality, visually appealing, and interactive training content
- Developing assessments and evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness of training programmes and identify areas for improvement
- Managing the full lifecycle of training content, from initial concept and development, to revision and retirement
- Staying up-to-date with industry best practices in instructional design, learning technology, and sales enablement, including AI
- Supporting the deployment and maintenance of learning platforms and resources for the Sales team

What you'll need
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design within a fast-paced B2B or tech environment
- Expertise in designing and developing a variety of instructional materials, including e-learning, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and job aids
- A solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies, and their application to remote-first organisations
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, Vyond)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences
- A portfolio demonstrating your instructional design samples of e-learning materials, training documents, etc. (please attach a link in the application form)
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, evolving environment
- Great project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines among shifting priorities
- The ability to communicate with stakeholders across the business and conduct efficient intervention needs assessments
Nice to have
- Experience in sales enablement or an understanding of sales processes and methodologies
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) administration, such as Sana
- Experience in fintech or B2B SaaS
- A degree in instructional design, education, communication, or a related field
