Join Our Mission: Sales Enablement Trainer – London
Teya: Powering Small, Local Businesses
We’re Teya, a payment and software service provider based in London, empowering small, local businesses across Europe. Since 2019, we’ve built easy-to-use, integrated tools designed to help our members:
- Accept seamless payments
- Boost business performance
Our core belief? Small, local businesses are the lifeblood of our communities—and we’re fighting to create a level playing field where they aren’t at a disadvantage against corporate giants.
We’re here for these businesses because: ✅ Banks and legacy providers often complicate their lives. ✅ Cutting-edge technology and support shouldn’t be reserved for the largest companies. ✅ We’re committed to helping them thrive with the same dedication they show to their customers.
Be part of something meaning—join a team that builds a brighter future for independent businesses.
The Role: Sales Enablement Trainer
We’re searching for an experienced Field Sales Executive eager to transition into coaching and management. This hands-on, impactful role focuses on activating new Independent Sales Consultants (ISCs) by equipping them with the skills and confidence to: 🔹 Succeed early (e.g., first sale) 🔹 Build a sustainable business over time
As Sales Enablement Trainer, you’ll:
- Own the activation process for new ISCs—guiding them from sign-up to self-sufficient sales.
- Deliver onboarding, shadow sales calls, and provide 1:1 coaching in the field.
- Ensure competencies are truly developed before transitioning them to our Sales team.
This isn’t just about short-term wins—it’s about laying the foundations for long-term growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
