Job Description

Main Responsibilities

  • Technical Sales Support: Act as the primary technical and conceptual point of contact throughout the sales process, supporting customers and partners from a technical perspective.
  • Client Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to identify prospects, understand customer challenges, and grow existing and new accounts by tailoring security solutions to client needs.
  • Proposal Management: Respond to RFIs and RFPs, showcasing our capabilities and aligning solutions with client requirements.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and lead presentations, demonstrating our solutions through Proof of Concepts (POCs) and demos.
  • Education and Advocacy: Deliver training sessions, seminars, and workshops for key partners and prospects; educate clients on emerging security technologies and champion cybersecurity through industry engagement.
  • Industry Engagement: Actively participate in IT security events and trade shows to strengthen brand presence and build relationships.

Your Background

  • Strong understanding of the distribution partner landscape
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Sales/Systems Engineer within a vendor or partner environment
  • Familiarity with networking technologies
  • Hands-on experience conducting POCs and product demos
  • Strong grasp of customer environments and needs
  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
  • Direct experience working with end users
  • A genuine, ongoing commitment to learning and professional development
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
