Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Technical Sales Support: Act as the primary technical and conceptual point of contact throughout the sales process, supporting customers and partners from a technical perspective.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to identify prospects, understand customer challenges, and grow existing and new accounts by tailoring security solutions to client needs.
- Proposal Management: Respond to RFIs and RFPs, showcasing our capabilities and aligning solutions with client requirements.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and lead presentations, demonstrating our solutions through Proof of Concepts (POCs) and demos.
- Education and Advocacy: Deliver training sessions, seminars, and workshops for key partners and prospects; educate clients on emerging security technologies and champion cybersecurity through industry engagement.
- Industry Engagement: Actively participate in IT security events and trade shows to strengthen brand presence and build relationships.

Your Background
- Strong understanding of the distribution partner landscape
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Sales/Systems Engineer within a vendor or partner environment
- Familiarity with networking technologies
- Hands-on experience conducting POCs and product demos
- Strong grasp of customer environments and needs
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
- Direct experience working with end users
- A genuine, ongoing commitment to learning and professional development
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
