Sales Engineer

We are now looking for a motivated and technically minded Sales Engineer to support and grow our customer portfolio in the UK. If you combine strong technical understanding with commercial drive – this is your opportunity to make a real impact!
Your Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Develop, grow, and manage sales activities within your territory (UK).
- Promote Multi-Wing’s advanced fan solutions using your technical knowledge and commercial insight.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive strategic sales initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Director to support growth strategies in your market.

Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong, long-term partnerships with key OEM customers through regular onsite visits.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, offering technical support and tailored airflow solutions.
- Maintain accurate CRM data to support opportunity management and forecasting.
Quoting & Sales Support
- Lead the full quoting process, ensuring accurate and competitive proposals.
- Document customer agreements, pricing structures, and market insights.
- Prepare sales forecasts and contribute to market and competitor analyses.
Achieving Sales Targets
- Meet and exceed annual sales targets related to revenue, margin, and pipeline growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Customer Service, Quality, Logistics, and Product Management to support project delivery.
Technical Advisory & Problem Solving
- Provide hands-on customer support and address technical challenges with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Work with internal teams to ensure customer needs and technical requirements are met effectively.

What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or account management.
- Background in Off-Highway, HVAC&R, Fan Systems, or OEM industries is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems.
- Fluent English is required.
Skills & Personal Attributes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-driven, well-organized, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable making decisions and managing your territory autonomously.
Travel
- Willingness to travel frequently within your market (approximately 40–60%).
