Our client is a global market leader within electrical products for Commercial, Residential and Industrial Buildings. The range is huge and includes Commercial Distribution, Lighting Connection & Controls, Wiring Accessories, and Building Automation.
This is a Field/Home based role covering the North East to Carlisle. Your customer base is very loyal and is a mix of Electrical Wholesalers and M&E Contractors. If you have sold to Electrical Wholesalers or M&E Contractors and have field sales experience and would like to know more, then read on!!
The Role
- Selling the company's manufactured and distribution range of specialist electrical products. The range is vast and includes everything from Commercial Distribution and Lighting Controls through to Wiring Accessories and Building Automation products.
- Your role is field/home based covering the North East to Carlisle, postcodes are NE, TS, SR, YO, DL, and CA.
- The customer base is huge and will be split between Electrical Wholesalers (big and small) and Mechanical & Electrical Contractors (again both big and small).
- With a hugely successful area you will be walking into a very busy market and customer base.
- On patch you have some excellent regular spending accounts, managing circa 30 wholesalers and 35/40 installers.
- Fantastic name in the market and customers want to deal with you.
- Internal telesales support team dealing with smaller orders.
- Leads provided.

The Person
- Worked for Manufacturer of electrical products.
- Must be on patch.
- Has sold to/dealt with Electrical Wholesalers and M&E Contractors.
- An excellent relationship builder and not afraid of opening new doors when required.
- Looking for a long term career opportunity.
- Must have field sales experience.
The Package
- Up to £45k basic salary (dependant on experience).
- OTE £60k paid annually.
