About the Role
As our Solutions Engineer, Channel, you’ll be the trusted technical advisor for our Partner and Channel team, driving deal velocity and elevating win rates across our ecosystem. Your goal: bridge the gap between technical depth and commercial outcomes, ensuring 1Password’s solutions are understood, adopted, and championed with confidence by partners and their customers.
You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Support teams, while engaging directly with technical stakeholders and decision-makers to align solutions with business priorities. Your insights will inform strategy, fuel enablement, and accelerate adoption—all while embracing AI to redefine how we collaborate in a fast-paced, scalable environment.
This is a remote-first role with a UK focus. You’ll work with a team that thrives on curiosity, adaptability, and growth—where innovation meets entrepreneurship.

- Advocate for customers and partners, gathering feedback that shapes GTM strategy and product direction.
- Work with Product and Support teams to clear technical blockers, ensuring deals progress smoothly and partners maintain confidence.
Collaboration & Strategic Alignment
- Align with partners to understand their business roadmaps, priorities, and buying criteria, positioning 1Password as a strategic solution.
- Collaborate internally to ensure technical alignment with partner milestones, product launches, and competitive differentiation.
- Author high-quality technical collateral (e.g., solution briefs, integration guides, demo scripts) for partner audiences.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
