We are working with an industrial manufacturer based in Huntingdon who are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to join their growing team. This is a full-time permanent position and offers hybrid working. The successful candidate will be based in the UK but will be expected to travel internationally up to 3 months per year (usually 2-week trips).

Key Responsibilities

  • Driving business growth against agreed targets
  • Offering a consultative sales approach to ensure that the best solution is provided
  • Working closely with a range of key stakeholders internationally
  • Delivering product demonstrations at customer sites internationally
  • Managing and developing key accounts
  • Providing install support, on-site training, and ongoing technical guidance
  • Generating leads and developing new business whilst increasing brand awareness

  • An engineering background with hands-on technical experience
  • B2B sales experience working with components, services, or machinery
  • Experience selling into a range of industries
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • A role currently where international travel is involved or looking to develop their career in this direction
  • Experience working with international teams
