Were hiring a Sales Engineer to join a global engineering manufacturer based in Coventry. Whether youre a graduate, apprentice:trained engineer or have a few years industry experience, well give you the training and support to build a successful career in technical sales.
BASIC SALARY: Up to A GBP 43,000

LOCATION: You will ideally be based in or near Coventry. You will cover the UK, Ireland and Nordic regions. Travel is required, including overnight stays.
COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Coventry, Nuneaton, Rugby, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Kenilworth, Solihull, Hinckley, Tamworth and Birmingham.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Sales Engineer, Graduate : Industrial Components, Engineering Solutions : Manufacturing and Industrial Markets
As our Sales Engineer, youll work with distributors, OEMs and end users, helping customers identify the right engineering solutions for their applications. Youll inherit existing accounts while also developing new business opportunities across a wide range of industrial markets. This is a consultative sales role where technical credibility is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales Engineer, Graduate : Industrial Components, Engineering Solutions : Manufacturing and Industrial Markets
A Manage and grow existing customer accounts
A Identify and develop new business opportunities
A Support distributors with product training and technical advice
A Visit customers across your territory
A Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM
A Deliver against sales targets and KPIs
A Work closely with experienced Sales Engineers and product specialists
A Identify opportunities for engineering solutions across multiple sectors
PERSON SPECIFICATION: Sales Engineer, Graduate : Industrial Components, Engineering Solutions : Manufacturing and Industrial Markets
Were looking for someone with strong engineering fundamentals and the ambition to build a long:term career in technical sales. You dont need years of commercial experience; whats most important is your curiosity, willingness to learn and ability to communicate confidently with both technical and non:technical stakeholders.
Youll Ideally Have
A HNC, HND, Degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Automotive, Aerospace or related Engineering
A Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documentation
A Engineering experience through education, apprenticeship or industry
