Sales Engineer/ Key Account Manager (France / United Kingdom / Sweden) – M/F
We are looking for an energetic and customer-oriented Sales Engineer/Key Account Manager to strengthen our international sales team.
Your mission will be to contribute to the development of ICAPE Group's business across France, the United Kingdom or Sweden, promoting custom-made electro-mechanical solutions to key players in the electronics industry.
You will support the Sales Department in driving business growth, developing long-term customer relationships and delivering technical solutions in an international environment.
This is a full-time remote position with frequent travel across your assigned territory.
Your role
As a Sales Engineer/Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while managing an existing customer portfolio. Acting as both a commercial and technical advisor, you will work closely with customers and our international teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure project success.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new customers, with a strong focus on OEMs, EMS companies and design offices
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customers in a long sales cycle environment
- Visit customers and prospects across your territory (approximately 50% travel)
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions
- Monitor project progress from quotation phase to order delivery
- Coordinate communication between customers and internal departments (Engineering, Quality, Customer Service and Supply Chain)
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
- Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales objectives
- Maintain accurate reporting of sales activities and business opportunities

Your profile
- Degree in Sales, Engineering or a related technical field (minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the electronics, PCB or industrial manufacturing sector
- Strong interest in technical products and industrial solutions
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory
- French or Swedish is an advantage depending on your location
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Autonomous, proactive and results-driven
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Curious, customer-focused and comfortable working in an international environment
- Willingness to travel frequently
