Sales Engineer
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £65,000-£70,000 Base (£90,000-£100,000 OTE)
The Business
This isn’t another perimeter security play.
This is about data.
Where it lives.
Who can access it.
Who shouldn’t.
And what happens when the wrong person does.
In today’s world, data is the asset. It’s the IP. It’s the crown jewels. And most organisations still don’t truly know what’s happening inside their own environments.
This business gives them that visibility. They show customers:
- Where sensitive data is stored
- Who has access
- Where risk sits
- And how to stop threats fast
It’s not theoretical security. It’s operational. Real-time. Commercially impactful.
The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Sales Engineer to work alongside Account Managers and Partners across new and existing Mid-Market accounts.
This is not a back-seat technical role.
You’ll be front and centre in the sales process. Running evaluations. Leading demos. Translating complex security conversations into business impact. Helping customers understand risk in a way that actually lands.
You’ll need to be:
- Commercially aware
- Technically credible
- Comfortable in front of senior stakeholders
- Able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
