Your role

As a Sales Engineer, based in our office in Manchester, you will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships across the UK. You combine strong commercial skills with an interest in innovative, data-driven solutions.

After a comprehensive onboarding and training program, you will:

  • Build and grow a customer portfolio across the UK
  • Identify and develop new commercial opportunities with industrial clients
  • Understand customer business challenges and translate them into tailored I-care solutions
  • Work closely with internal teams (engineering, operations, marketing)
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to deal closure
  • Travel approximately 20–30% of your time across the UK for customer visits, meetings and events
  • Contribute actively to international revenue growth and strategic sales objectives

Your profile

  • Higher education in business, economics, marketing or a related field
  • 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management or business development
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to work independently in an international context
  • Interest in technology and industrial environments
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly (20–30%) within the UK
