Area Sales Engineer The Role: The Area Sales Engineer will be covering the Wales & Bristol region for this global leader in temporary works solutions. In this role the Area Sales Engineer will be selling a market-leading array of formwork & falsework solutions on a hire & sales basis into Main Contractors & Civil Engineering businesses working on a host of construction & infrastructure projects - specifically high-rise projects in the region. The Area Sales Engineer will be inheriting a region that has great growth potential having had excellent coverage for a number of years. The Area Sales Engineer will have a superb back-office support function to help be successful. Our client have a fabulous in-house Design team, a sales team who are extremely motivated and knowledgeable, and the support from one of the regional offices on patch. The Company: Our client are a market-leader in their field globally, are instantly recognisable leader in the engineering temporary solutions space, and have been on the acquisition trail throughout the last few years giving them even more solutions to offer the market. 2026 will see them on a growth journey through new headcounts across sales and engineering too in order to continue giving a world-class offering in the UK for many years to come. We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria: Field sales background within the construction engineering sector Have a track record with new business and account management Have sold/hired a technical, or design led, construction solution Full & Clean Driving licence Are verse in selling direct to end users Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 Basic Salary + £15k-£20k OTE, Company Car (Hybrid options), 25 days plus stats, generous pension contribution, healthcare options, wider business employee benefits platform. Candidate Location: South Wales, Bristol, Gloucester, Bath Desired Skills and Experience
