THE MAIN DUTIES OF THE ROLE INCLUDE
- Answering inbound telephone calls and responding to email, live chat, online, and event-generated sales enquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Engaging with customers to understand their lifestyle, preferences, and vehicle requirements, ensuring they are matched with the most suitable BMW or MINI.
- Responding to digital enquiries through the Carwow and CRM platforms within agreed service level targets
- Gathering and accurately recording customer information and enquiries within the DMS system.
- Work with the relevant manager to allocate enquiries to Sales Executives
- Connect customers with the appropriate sales executive
- Coordinate and schedule customer appointments, including test drives
- Stay up to date with our product BMW & MINI range, including new technologies and competitors, to confidently discuss our cars and services with customer
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customers’ expectations are exceeded
YOUR PROFILE
- Previous experience in a sales, customer service or call centre environment ideally advising on products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong administration and IT skills with excellent attention to detail
- Well organised with the ability to manage multiple enquiries in a fast-paced environment

SALARY AND HOURS
- Basic salary of £16,848 with a competitive OTE of £19,848 per annum
- Working hours: Monday, Tuesday and Friday with times variable ranging from 8.00am–5.00pm, 9.00am–6.00pm with unpaid hour for lunch (24 hours per week).
- Sundays (10.00am–4.00pm) and Bank Holidays worked on a rota basis, paid as additional hours or taken as time off in lieu.
- The role is office-based work environment.
