About Us
Our client is a family-owned business with over 30 years of success as a leading manufacturer and distributor of window and door hardware.
About the Role
On behalf of our client, we are looking to recruit an accurate, commercially-minded individual to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate and timely quotations.
Package
- Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm, FULLY OFFICE BASED.
- Pension: Company pension scheme.
- Salary: £25,000.
- Health Scheme: Opportunity to join the company health scheme.
- Holiday: 25 days holiday + bank holidays.

Sales Estimator - Responsibilities
- Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email.
- Preparing accurate quotations and processing orders.
- Following up quotes to secure potential sales.
- Identifying opportunities to recommend additional products.
- Updating customer records and maintaining accurate quotation information.
- Sending product samples and information to customers.
- Supporting the sales team during busy periods.
- Building knowledge of the company's product range.

- Previous experience in a customer-facing sales or estimating role.
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Professional telephone manner and strong communication skills.
- Good organisation skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive approach to customer service and sales opportunities.
- Experience within construction, trade, hardware, or building products is advantageous.
