Sales & Events Opportunity - Senior Level - Hospitality Industry
We are a growing hospitality group with a portfolio of premium venues in London, currently seeking a commercially driven and dynamic professional for a Sales & Events Opportunity (Senior Level) to lead and drive revenue across our venues. This role will take ownership of sales across private events and catering, playing a key part in the continued growth and success of the group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive all sales activity across the group’s venues
- Proactively generate new business across corporate events, private dining, and social functions
- Manage and convert inbound enquiries for events, private catering, and group bookings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and key partners
- Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to maximize exposure and drive bookings
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth handover to operations teams
- Track performance against sales targets and KPIs
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends within the UK's hospitality and events landscape, adjusting strategy accordingly
- Create tailored proposals and commercial packages, negotiating terms to maximize revenue while maintaining brand positioning

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a Sales role within hospitality (restaurants, groups, events, or catering)
- Strong understanding of the UK market; existing network is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Experience across both corporate and social event sales
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
