Appointment Scheduler – Remote Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with prospective clients across multiple industries
  • Book high-quality online appointments for our Business Development team
  • Manage both inbound and outbound sales conversations
  • Collaborate with commercial fundamentals to win new business
  • Track performance metrics and celebrate milestones as a team
  • Support diary coordination and handle light administrative tasks

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

✔ Elation for relationship-building with engaging conversations ✔ Curiosity, proactivity, and a strong learning mindset ✔ Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service — or eager to transition into a commercial role ✔ Clear, confident communication skills ✔ Ability to thrive in a team-focused, fast-paced environment
