- The former chairman of Four Seasons Care Group
- The Chairman of Trustpilot
- A network of angel investors
- Britain’s highest-rated live-in care provider (4.8★ on Trustpilot)
- Scaling with a focus on 21st-century care innovation
We’re looking for exceptional leaders to join us in building the future of care.

Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Our Culture
We define care as a collaboration—not just over tasks, but over values.
-
Diversity, inclusion, and respect: Stakeholders the world over deserve to be represented. We ensure no employee or applicant is risked or held back simply because of their race, religion, age, gender, or background.
-
Growth with heart: We prioritise wellbeing over expansion. If systems can’t sustain quality care, we pause to fix gaps.
-
Small squad spirit: Care professionals, internal staff, and leadership come first. Your colleagues can be—**and should feel safe as—**a part of your support network.
Own the outcomes: Work is a team sport. Own your successes and learn from mistakes—without deflection or excuses. Ethics over superficial wins.
- Work-life confidence: You won’t be asked to push yourself outside fair boundaries. Respecting those boundaries ensures you deliver your best work precisely when it matters.
Let’s build care that people trust and care about it—in 2024 and beyond. Are you ready?
