Trainee Car Sales Executive – Career Changers Welcome
Location: Vertu Ford Stafford
Salary: £27,000 basic + uncapped commission
OTE: £45,000 realistically – top performers earn £60,000+

We’re looking for Car Sales Executives from retail, hospitality or other customer‑facing sales backgrounds who want to turn their people skills into a high‑earning, long‑term career.
You don’t need automotive experience – we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming customers and delivering an outstanding experience from start to finish
- Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right vehicle and finance options
- Arranging and conducting test drives
- Building relationships that turn first‑time buyers into loyal, repeat customers
- Working to achievable targets with the support of an experienced management team

You will need to have a full UK driving license to be considered for this role. If your application is successful, we will need to complete employment checks prior to you starting with us.
