Sales Executive
Sales Executive (B2B/Enterprise) at FLYP
FLYP is building a new way for companies to manage branded merch, gifting, onboarding, events, and employee engagement. We’ve already secured strong early enterprise traction and are now scaling with a hire to help turn warm intros, advisor relationships, and targeted outbound into a repeatable sales engine.
This is an ideal role for someone early in their sales career—someone with foundational B2B sales experience but who’s ready for more ownership, higher upside, and the chance to help build the commercial function at an early-stage startup.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect into high-growth companies, tech businesses, VC-backed startups, and target people teams, marketing teams, and workplace/employee-experience buyers.
- Convert warm introductions and advisor referrals into qualified opportunities.
- Run discovery calls, manage follow-ups, send proposals, and drive deals through the pipeline.
- Help companies understand how FLYP can improve their merch, gifting, onboarding, and internal brand experience.
- Collaborate closely with the founders to refine our sales process, messaging, target accounts, and GTM playbook.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
