You will be responsible for selling both new and used vehicles, including franchise and non-franchise stock, while delivering a first-class customer experience from initial enquiry to vehicle handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing enquiries for new and used vehicles
  • Responding promptly to online enquiries, live chat, SMS, and e-leads
  • Introducing yourself, the business, and our vehicles using CitNOW video messaging
  • Achieving and exceeding new and used car sales targets
  • Selling add-on products including paint protection, warranties, and insurance products
  • Confidently handling objections as part of the sales process
  • Prospecting existing customer and service databases
  • Maintaining 100% Customer Satisfaction Scores
  • Ensuring high standards of showroom and vehicle presentation
  • Completing all administration accurately and efficiently
  • Adhering to FCA compliance and complaint handling processes
