About The Role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a track record in B2B software sales, with a focus on enterprise clients, and will excel at building strong client relationships and converting leads into deals. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and has the ambition to grow into a senior commercial role over time.

This role requires strong networking skills, availability for evening and weekend events, and a willingness to travel for events, mainly within Europe, with occasional travel to other regions as needed. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving new business and expanding Applied Blockchain's presence in the enterprise software market.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to closing
  • Identify and engage new enterprise clients
  • Build and manage a strong network, converting leads into deals
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions for specific challenges
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities (including evenings and weekends)
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors
  • Use CRM tools to track and report on pipeline and performance guidelines and standards in order to improve the software testing process

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of B2B software sales experience, ideally selling complex software products and consulting to enterprise clients
  • Based in the UK, ideally London, with willingness to travel for events, mainly within Europe and occasionally to other regions
  • Availability to attend breakfast, evening and weekend events in London as needed
  • Native-level English
  • Right to work in the UK (Applied Blockchain does not offer visa sponsorship)
  • Strong networking skills, with a track record of converting leads into deals
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • An ambitious, energetic, and adaptable mindset — comfortable adopting new tools and ways of working
