Sales Executive
Sales Executive (RAM) – Leeds, UK

Now, we’re seeking an ambitious, commercially-driven Sales Executive (SDR) to join our expanding team in Leeds. Ideal for transferable professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, outcomes-driven environment—whether you have extensive B2B sales experience or are switching industry sectors with fresh energy.

Key Responsibilities
- Outbound & inbound lead management: Generate and cultivate opportunities through proactive prospecting and CRM engagement.
- Virtual demonstrations: Deliver engaging, consultative product demos (private via Microsoft Teams) tailored to customer needs.
- Pipeline development: Build and nurture a portfolio of leads in alignment with targets and quotas.
- Relationship-building: Understand and advocate for prospects—bridging gaps between solutions and business challenges.
- Sales enablement: Leverage CRM records (Microsoft Dynamics, Sales Navigator) to track progress and optimize follow-ups.
- KPI compliance: Consistently meet quarterly/individual sales targets and contribution metrics.

Requisites & Desirables
Must-Haves
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (B2B preferred)
- Self-motivated, target-driven mindset with confidence in virtual selling & objection handling
- Strong communication skills for discovery calls, demos, and stakeholder alignment
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot)
- Virtual selling experience (Zoom/Teams demos, digital pitch decks)
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, KPI-accountable sales environment
Nice-to-Have
✔ Experience in SaaS, ERP or channel management solutions ✔ Background in distribution, retail, or wholesale industries a plus ✔ Consultative or demo-led sales approach (reducing cycles, personalizing proposing)
