About Bridge AI

Bridge AI is an AI infrastructure platform built for the UK real estate market. We automate the full lettings lifecycle through a multi-agent system deployed natively inside the tools agencies already use — starting with Alto, the UK's largest lettings CRM, who have chosen Bridge AI as their AI partner for lead management.

We're a lean, high-calibre team. Our CTO brings deep experience from institutions like JPMorgan. We move fast, build seriously, and we're at an inflection point — a distribution partnership covering 5,000+ UK lettings agencies means the pipeline opportunity for the right salesperson is enormous.

The Role

We're looking for a driven, ambitious Head of Sales to own revenue growth end-to-end. This is a hunter role with leadership responsibility — you'll be building pipeline, closing deals, and overseeing the delivery and support team (who report to you, but whose day-to-day operations they own).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you'll be doing:

  • Running outbound sales — both high-volume prospecting and targeted account-based outreach
  • Conducting product demos and leading commercial conversations
  • Negotiating and closing contracts through to signature
  • Owning your revenue targets — these will be stretching, and you'll have the infrastructure to hit them
  • Managing and overseeing the support and delivery team, with accountability for performance — not for doing the work yourself
  • Feeding intelligence back into product and leadership on what the market is telling you

What you won't be doing:

  • Onboarding, customer support, or operational delivery — that sits with your team.

What We're Looking For

  • A track record of hitting and exceeding high revenue targets in a SaaS or tech sales environment
  • Direct experience in PropTech or as a practising estate agent — this is essential
  • Experience running the full sales cycle: outbound, demo, negotiation, close
  • Confidence leading a small team and holding people accountable
  • Someone who thrives in a lean environment and takes ownership without being managed
  • Ambition. We want someone who sees this as a career-defining opportunity, not just a job
