The Role
As a Sales Executive, you will manage and grow our machinery sales portfolio. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Managing and nurturing relationships with existing customers.
- Proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Conducting equipment demonstrations and explaining technical benefits to clients.
- Handling negotiations and closing sales to meet realistic targets.
- Attending industry events and trade shows
What We Are Looking For

- Sales Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a targeted sales environment (B2B or B2C).
- Industry Background: Agriculture experience is not required. However, experience in plant hire, construction equipment, commercial vehicles, or similar industrial sectors would be an advantage.
- Drive & Ambition: Someone looking for a long-term career move with leadership aspirations.
- People Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport easily.
- Requirements: A valid UK driving licence is essential.
