Sales Executive

Location: Milton Keynes, United Kingdom Experience: 2–4 Years Job Type: Full time (WFO)


About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and commercially focused Sales Executive to drive the growth of our software solutions across the UK. This role involves:

  • Generating new business
  • Managing key customer relationships
  • Driving revenue growth
  • Selling our AI-powered Life Safety platform to organisations in the construction and infrastructure sectors

The ideal candidate must have a strong background in software sales, with the confidence to manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting, discovery, negotiation, to closing complex B2B deals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive software sales in the UK market
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities in construction, infrastructure, and enterprise sectors
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from:
    • Prospecting and discovery
    • Negotiation
    • Contract closure
    • Account handover
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including:
    • Directors
    • HSE Managers
    • Operations Managers
    • Procurement Teams
  • Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling, value-led sales presentations
  • Align with customer business challenges and position the platform as a solution that enhances:
    • Site safety
    • Compliance
    • Operational efficiency
  • Prepare and deliver:
    • Commercial proposals
    • Quotations
    • Responses to client requirements
  • Collaborate internally to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain:
    • An accurate sales pipeline
    • Forecasts
    • CRM records
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales and revenue targets
  • Contribute to overall business growth

Over 2–4 years’ experience in:

  • B2B software sales, with exposure to:

    • Construction Technology (ConTech)
    • SaaS
    • Enterprise Software
    • Related technology solutions
  • Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets

  • Experience selling complex software solutions to enterprise customers

  • Strong skills in:

    • New business development
    • Account management
    • Consultative selling
    • Negotiation
    • Relationship-building
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen

  • Excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms

  • Willingness to travel across the UK to meet clients and attend industry events


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in:

    • Business
    • Engineering
    • Construction Management
    • Related disciplines
  • A plus for professional sales or industry certifications.
