About the Role
We are the UK’s favourite car-buying service and we are growing FAST! With over 500 branches and new sites opening each month, we’re looking for enthusiastic, passionate, honest, service-driven individuals to join our team.
Don’t worry if you don’t know much about cars—we’ll train you thoroughly!
Role Details
- Salary: £27,100 per year (OTE £34,120 with bonus)
- Bonus: Fantastic monthly + annual bonuses based on company performance
- Hours: 42.5 hours per week, including weekend work, with a rotational shift pattern (5 days on, 2 days off).
Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive with us, your primary focus is on buying cars while ensuring smooth operations in your branch. You’ll be our customers’ key point of contact. Your key responsibilities include:

- Managing customer appointments and meeting sales targets
- Conducting vehicle appraisals, negotiating prices, and closing deals
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Liaising with the back office and colleagues
Requirements
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- A valid full UK manual driving licence
- Experience in a target-driven environment
- Strong customer-facing skills with excellent communication and telephone manner
- Ability to work independently, efficiently under pressure, and in lone working
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads
- Talent for building long-term relationships with customers
- Proficient administration and IT skills
