Full-time, hybrid (3 days office-based, 2 days wfh) Twickenham TW1 3QS
The Role
As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying potential exhibitors, building relationships with prospective customers, and helping drive sales growth across our event portfolio.
This role would suit someone who is naturally competitive, enjoys speaking with people, and isn't afraid to pick up the phone and create opportunities. We're looking for someone with a hunter mentality who is eager to learn and develop a successful career in sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact prospective customers through cold calling.
- Sell exhibition space and sponsorship opportunities across our events portfolio.
- Build relationships with existing and potential exhibitors.
- Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Keep records up to date and manage sales activity effectively.
- Attend industry events where required.
Essential Criteria
- 1–2+ years' experience in a sales, recruitment, customer-facing, or business development role.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Motivated by targets, incentives, and achieving results.
- Resilient, driven, and comfortable with outbound prospecting.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience within exhibitions, events, conferences, or media sales.
- Experience working towards targets or KPIs.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
