We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our growing team of like-minded tech professionals.
About the Role
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Lead Generation & Prospecting (20%)
- Develop strong knowledge of razorblue’s technology solutions portfolio and their value across key sectors
- Identify potential clients and decision-makers through research, networking, and cold outreach campaigns
- Collaborate with Marketing to support multi-touchpoint outreach for high-priority accounts
- Build long-term, trusting relationships by identifying client pain points and aligning razorblue’s services as solutions
- Qualify leads and schedule introductory meetings for the New Business team
Networking (20%)
- Attend regional networking and award events to promote razorblue’s brand and nurture prospect relationships
- Participate in trade shows, showcasing the company’s offerings and generating interest in services
Sales & Revenue Growth (30%)
- Support the sales cycle from initial outreach to handing over qualified leads to the New Business team
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets
- Work closely with the New Business team in prospect meetings to improve success rates
Bid Writing & Proposal Creation (30%)
- Bid Management: Support end-to-end bid processes across multiple opportunities, including managing timelines, documentation, and submission requirements
- Proposal Writing: Craft tailored, persuasive, and professional content for bids, proposals, and tender documents, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging
What We’re Looking For
This is a role for someone with a growth mindset, passionate about technology and sales—even if you're not an expert yet. Razorblue invests heavily in upskilling, so we’re seeking driven candidates ready to develop with the team.
Qualifications
- Must hold a full UK driving licence
- Business or marketing qualification is preferred
- Training in networking and relationship-building is advantageous
Experience
- Past experience in sales, business development, or sales support roles
- Familiarity with the IT sector would be beneficial
- Prior lead generation and prospecting experience is highly desirable

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong relationship-building ability in networking environments

- Highly exceptional time management, organisation, and multitasking in dynamic settings
- Professionally articulate (both verbally and in writing)

- Proficient in CRM and sales-tracking systems

- Base salary of £30,000–£35,000 per annum (depends on matched skills and experience)
