Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based at Wessex Garages in Bristol. The successful candidate will contribute to delivering excellent customer service, supporting sales operations, and maintaining high standards of professionalism in all customer interactions. Daily tasks may include:

The role also involves following company processes, adhering to safety and compliance guidelines, and helping to drive continuous improvement in line with Wessex Garages’ digital and customer-focused vision.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and provide clear, professional support.
  • Organizational and time-management abilities, including attention to detail, reliability, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Comfort with digital tools and systems, such as basic office software, customer databases, and online platforms used in modern automotive retail.
  • Collaborative working style, with the ability to work effectively as part of an on-site team and contribute to shared goals.
  • Basic understanding of, or interest in, the automotive sector and dealership operations; prior experience in retail, service, or automotive roles is an advantage.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt to new processes, and support Wessex Garages’ commitment to innovation and a digital-first approach.
  • Dependable work ethic, professional demeanor, and readiness to follow health, safety, and compliance procedures on site.
