About the Role

OSINT Industries is growing rapidly, and we're looking for someone to join our sales team who's allergic to doing manually what could be automated. We’re growing so fast that we have 92% inbound already so we need someone ready to close deals from day 1 and help build the systems that closes the next. You'll qualify leads as they come in, run demos, and close deals across a buyer base that spans government agencies and law enforcement as well as private enterprises like banks and insurers - so you'll need to flex between public-sector procurement and commercial sales cycles, not just master one.

You’ll report to our Head of Sales as well as have the chance to work alongside the COO and CEO (twice exited founder)- both well-respected industry veterans who know this world inside out.

What You'll Do

We’re a young-ish startup so this role is not a straightforward sales role- you’ll wear multiple hats. We’re still building our systems to help us scale in this next phase of growth, so this is the perfect chance to try your hand at a mix of AI deployment, automations, and mixed-client sales:

  • Sales development
    • Handle inbound leads efficiently; triaging, running demos, and closing clients
    • Setting up automations to help qualify inbound leads
    • Attend domestic and international events, representing the company
  • CRM & infrastructure
    • Work with the Head of Sales to design and build automated outbound approaches that reflect the strategic segmentations defined by GTM
    • Manage the day-to-day operations of the CRM tech stack, ensuring our CRM is up to date and workflows run seamlessly
  • Account management & deal support
    • Develop strong relationships with our small & medium accounts
    • Expand existing accounts, experimenting with tracking & metrics so that growth feels like the natural next step and not a sales pitch

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What We're Looking For

We're flexible on experience level - what matters far more to us is ambition, closing instinct, and a genuine desire to make an impact.

We feel this role could put you on a trajectory towards being a Sector Lead > Head of Sales > Director of Sales and ultimately a Chief Revenue or Commercial Officer.

Must-haves:

  • A quick study - OSINT is a niche world with its own language, communities, and buyers. We're not expecting you to know it already, but we need someone who can immerse themselves rapidly and market with genuine credibility and understanding
  • Some experience in B2B sales, customer success, or growth role - whether that's 1 year or 3, we care more about what you've learned and what you've proven in that time than how long you've been doing it. Likely with enterprise or government experience
  • A trusted pair of hands- you’re diligent and conscientious; you don’t baulk at being responsible for developing our most critical accounts because you have exceptional personal judgement and high EQ
  • AI-native & Automation-obsessed - you set goals, track performance, and use results to inform pipeline and business performance. You instinctively know which tasks require a personalised, human touch and when you can automate processes to maximise efficiency
  • Self-starter who thrives with autonomy but knows when to ask for input from a knowledgeable and supportive team
  • Knows how to have fun (and when to knuckle down) - we’re particularly fond of a team dinner and sharing memes but are never afraid to push hard when something needs to be done. We’re old-school startup vibes, not a baby corporate
