Field Sales Executive – Nestlé Convenience
Ready for a role that’s more than just another day in retail?
Full Time, Permanent | Monday-Friday (37.5 hrs)
£25,000 - £26,500 + up to 20% bonus (up to £31,800 per annum OTE) Company car & fuel card included
Territory: Cardiff, Newport, Merthyr Tydfil and surrounding areas
This summer, step into a field-based sales role where you’ll manage your own territory, build relationships with local businesses, and drive sales for some of the UK’s favourite brands—including KitKat, Aero, Yorkie and Smarties.
No micromanagement, no two days the same—just the opportunity to make your mark, grow your career, and be rewarded for results.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be hands-on, fast-paced, and problem-solving every day:
- Visit a set route of convenience stores across your territory
- Build strong relationships with store owners and managers
- Improve product visibility through smart merchandising & displays
- Fix out-of-stocks and ensure Nested products are ranged & available
- Introduce new products, promotions, and pricing updates
- Use sales data & insights to spot opportunities and take action
- Capture activity and results using simple digital tools

What We’re Looking For
- A confident communicator who builds rapport easily
- Commercially curious—you notice what sells and why
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own time
- Happy using mobile apps & basic sales data
- Experience in field sales, retail, or merchandising? Helpful—but attitude matters most!
