Sales Executive Vertu Volkswagen Hereford
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Hereford. This role provides:
- Base salary: £27,000
- Earning potential: Commission generates earnings well beyond our target of £45,000
About the Role
Here at Vertu Volkswagen Hereford, we prioritise work-life balance—you’ll work 40 hours per week, across five 8-hour shifts, including Saturdays (our busiest sales day), with one guaranteed weekday off. Sundays are off-site, so you’ll enjoy a consistent weekly rest day.
As an essential member of our team, you’ll represent a premium automotive brand:
- Receive full training and onboarding support
- Guide customers along seamless car-buying journeys—from initial inquiry to final sale
- Drive exceptional customer experiences at every stage

Key Responsibilities
The Sales Executive will be responsible for:
- Ensuring a personalised and enjoyable car-buying process for every customer
- Organising and delivering the full end-to-end customer journey
- Upselling/cross-selling to maximize sales and profitability
Requirements
- Current role as a Sales Executive in the automotive sector (minimum 12 months’ experience)
- Outstanding interpersonal & communication skills
- Passion for customer service excellence
- Flexible availability (including weekends)
- Full UK driving licence – both manual & automatic
