Job Description

About the Role

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into long-term customers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
  • Represent the company professionally during client meetings, exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and effective communication.
  • Maintain long-term customer relationships to support repeat business and account growth.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and commercial discussions with prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
  • Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contractual requirements in coordination with management.
  • Support the successful closure of sales opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, commercial documentation, and customer follow-up communications.
  • Coordinate with engineering, finance, procurement, and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely proposal submissions.
  • Monitor proposal status and maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales cycle.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and opportunity pipelines within the CRM system.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
  • Track customer interactions and business opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
  • Work closely with engineering, operations, finance, procurement, and management teams to support commercial activities.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments to deliver timely and effective customer solutions.
  • Support commercial documentation, approvals, and internal business processes as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or commercial sales.
  • Proven ability to generate new business opportunities and consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Arabic language proficiency is an advantage due to regular interaction with regional clients and business partners.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in aerospace, defense, aviation, engineering, technology, manufacturing, or related industries.
  • Understanding of commercial sales processes, tendering, and customer relationship management.
  • Experience working with government entities, corporate clients, or enterprise customers within the UAE or GCC region.
  • Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
