Middlesbrough Hub – Sales Executive (Permanent, Full Time)
Role Overview
Our Middlesbrough Hub is recruiting for an **ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to join a hard-working and friendly team. You will specialise in either new car or used car sales, working closely with our sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.
You will be a strong team player with exceptional communication skills, ensuring you can build positive relationships with customers and colleagues. As a key point of contact, you will pay close attention to customer needs to recommend suitable vehicles.
Job Details
- Contract Type: Permanent, full-time
- Salary: OTE up to £50,000 per annum, including a basic of £25,000 plus uncapped commission
- Hours: 44 hours per week
- Monday–Friday: 08:30 - 18:00
- Saturday: 09:00 - 17:00
- Sunday: 11:00 - 15:00
- Time off: One day off during the week, with weekends on a rota basis
Responsibilities
- Communicating with customers via email, telephone, and in person
- Suggesting suitable vehicles aligned with customer requirements
- Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
- Negotiating FINANCIAL deals and final pricing for sales
- Completing relevant paperwork for each transaction
- Liaising with other dealership departments to ensure seamless customer service

Requirements
- Ideal candidates will have:
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivation and ambition to meet targets
- Passion for sales and customer service
- Relevant experience in a similar role or within the motor trade is preferred but not essential
- A full UK driving licence (may involve driving premium vehicles)
- A proactive,Results-driven attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
