Field Sales Representative (Charity Fundraising) – £26,400 Starter with OTE Potential

Salary & Benefits You’ll earn a basic salary of £26,400 with the opportunity to reach £47,000 in OTE thanks to incentives, bonuses and performance rewards.

Your Role

As a Field Sales Representative (Charity Fundraiser), you’ll:

  • Join one of the UK’s leading face-to-face charity fundraising organisations.
  • Engage with people in public places (e.g., streets, events, private sites*)** to attract regular donors or sponsors for major UK charities.
  • Sign up commitments to help fund life-changing charitable work across the country.
  • receive comprehensive training, but confidence, resilience and strong communication will be essential.
