We’re Hiring: New Homes Sales Executive
Cotswold Oak is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team.
As an independent regional housebuilder, we take pride in creating thoughtfully designed homes and communities across Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire and the wider Cotswolds.
We are looking for someone who shares our commitment to quality, understands the importance of exceptional customer service and has the drive to turn enquiries into successful sales.
The role
You will be responsible for managing the customer journey from initial enquiry through to reservation, exchange and completion.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming prospective purchasers to our developments and show homes
- Understanding each customer’s requirements and recommending suitable homes
- Proactively using our CRM system by following up enquiries and managing the database
- Achieving agreed reservation, exchange and completion targets
- Conducting viewings and presenting homes, specifications and buying options confidently
- Progressing reservations and liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisers, estate agents and internal teams
- Maintaining excellent presentation standards across the sales centre, show homes and development
- Developing a strong understanding of the local market and competitor activity
- Supporting sales events, launches and promotional activity
- Delivering a professional, helpful and personal buying experience throughout

About you
We would like to hear from candidates with:
- Previous new homes sales experience or a strong estate agency background
- A proven ability to build relationships and close sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive and target focused approach
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence managing sales progression and multiple purchasers
- The ability to work independently while remaining part of a wider team
- A full UK driving licence
