Sales Executive – Manchester City Centre
Location: Manchester City Centre Salary: Competitive salary + uncapped commission (OTE £48K+)
About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you’ll help customers secure the right car finance option tailored to their needs. In this role, you’ll manage inbound leads, build customer relationships, and guide them seamlessly through their car-buying journey—no cold calling required, just meaningful connections every day.
Responsibilities
- Manage a pipeline of warm, pre-qualified customers focused on conversion rather than cold prospecting.
- Communicate with customers via phone and digital platforms to gather financial needs, circumstances, and aspirations.
- Build rapport quickly, ask effective questions, and clarify finance options transparently and supportively.
- Keep customers informed throughout the process, manage expectations, and deliver a high-quality customer experience from first contact to deal completion.
Requirements
- A minimum of 12 months of sales, customer-focused, or target-driven experience.
- Background in roles such as telesales, car sales, estate agency, contact centres, or financial services is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication and listening skills with confidence in explaining concepts clearly and building trust.
- A proactive mindset, positive attitude, and passion for helping customers find suitable solutions.
- Ability to work towards targets, build resilience, and overcome objections to secure deals.
