Company Description

Arbury Group is a growing automotive retailer representing multiple leading marques, including Peugeot, SEAT, Nissan, Škoda, Fiat, CUPRA, Leapmotor and Abarth, across the West Midlands, Warwickshire and Staffordshire. Established in 2000, the group has expanded from a single site to multiple dealerships and continues to grow year-on-year. Arbury focuses on delivering excellent customer service, offering a wide range of brand-new and quality used vehicles, fleet solutions and Motability options. The company also provides comprehensive aftersales services, including MOT testing, servicing and repairs, carried out by manufacturer-trained technicians using genuine parts. Arbury works with regulated financial partners as a credit broker, ensuring customers receive transparent and compliant finance options.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based at Arbury Group’s Royal Leamington Spa dealership. The Sales Executive will engage with showroom and online enquiries, qualify customer needs, and guide individuals and businesses toward suitable new and used vehicles, finance products and ancillary services. The Sales Executive is expected to uphold Arbury’s standards of professionalism, compliance and customer care at all times.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in customer service, relationship building and effective communication with diverse customers
  • Experience in sales, negotiation and closing, ideally within automotive retail or a similar customer-focused environment
  • Ability to understand vehicle features, product benefits and basic technical information, with strong attention to detail
  • Competence in using dealership or CRM systems, email, and standard office software to manage leads and documentation
  • Comfort with discussing finance and insurance products, adhering to regulatory and company compliance requirements
  • Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work to individual and team targets
  • Self-motivated, professional demeanor and willingness to learn about new models, services and sales techniques
  • Valid UK driving license and the ability to work regular dealership hours, including weekends and bank holidays as required
  • Previous experience in motor trade sales or retail sales is beneficial; formal sales or customer service training is an advantage
