Exciting Opportunity to Join Our Commercial Team!

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast-growing award-winning brand in the food industry - Joe & Seph's Gourmet Popcorn as a Sales Executive.

Working across all channels ranging from bars and pubs to 5* hotels to independent farm shops, garden centres, and restaurants with a progression plan to be trained our corporate clients and larger retail customers, it's an exciting role for someone who wants variety and the opportunity to learn and work across different customers! You will want to take a giant leap in responsibility and be a part of a fast growing but small business where the role and opportunity is as big as you want it to be.

Joe & Seph's are the fastest growing popcorn brand, proud to have won the Queens Award, Grocer Gold Award, 100+ Great Taste Awards and many more. We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual looking to take the first step in their career.

We're a fun team of only 15 people in the office but a further 55 who produce, pack and distribute our popcorn at our own Popcorn HQ in North West London (NW10 7BQ).

What will you be DOING?

  • Grow existing account sales: Take ownership of multiple customer accounts across various global channels, driving growth and success.
  • New business development: Expand our customer base by securing new stockists through desk-based outreach, customer visits, and participation in trade shows across the UK and Europe.
  • Deliver exceptional trade marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure our brand achieves top-tier activation in flagship stores.
  • Build strong customer relationships: Develop and nurture relationships across key areas such as buying, supply chain, and operations.
  • Learn and excel in commercial skills: Gain invaluable experience in sales, negotiation, stakeholder management, and business strategy, setting you up for a thriving career in commercial.

What SKILLS or KNOWLEDGE do you need to have?

  • Graduated from a university
  • Hungry to sell
  • Good commercial and communication skills, and excellent at relationship building
  • Strong attention to detail and a team player, with the ability to work well in a small team.
  • Confident with making outbound phone calls and meeting customers face to face

Reporting line:

Reports to our Sales Manager

Employment Type:

  • Work from home 2 days per week
